From the beginning of the 21st century, the demand for teachers has significantly received the attention and the number of educators has also increased. There are 200,000 teachers who graduate from college annually. The estimated number of primary and secondary school teachers in 2011 is 3,700,000 (Up 7% since 2001).

Blended learning is a formal education program in which a student learns at least in part through online delivery of content and instruction with some element of student control over time, place, path, and/or pace. The methodology behind blended learning is to combine classroom learning with mobile learning and online learning. It also has different names like mixed learning, hybrid learning, blended e-learning, melted learning, etc. There are many forms of blended learning.
