Through this partnership, Skill-Lync provides its customised 19 professional course called Industry 4.0, which upskills students on emerging technology and helps optimise manufacturing across the industry. The programme proved instrumental in streamlining manufacturing processes across various industries. It consisted of a comprehensive curriculum comprising 19 professional courses, garnering immense praise from several colleges affiliated with Anna University. The collaboration is accomplished in three phases, Faculty Development Programme (FDP), online learning and offline training, under which it has trained the students across Tamil Nadu in 105 colleges.

Speaking about the alliance, Chief Business Officer of Skill-Lync, Krishna Bandaru, said:

Our Partnership with the Tamil Nadu government for the Naan Mudhalvan scheme is a significant milestone. This allowed us unprecedentedly scale to improve the employability of engineering students by providing application-oriented learning on the latest and industry-relevant technologies. Our vision of enabling engineering students with world-class educational material to pursue their engineering careers of choice can surely be achieved by partnering with more governments on such programmes.

Skill-Lync, with the expertise of industry veterans, has meticulously crafted a course that aims to unlock fresh career prospects for students enrolled in these colleges. This course focuses on upskilling students, enabling them to acquire new skills and enhance their existing ones. The statement further mentioned that students will benefit from the Skill-Lync learning management system, which grants them access to supplementary courses and an assessment platform specifically designed to prepare them for interviews.

Established in 2015 with a mission to make students industry-ready through advanced industry-relevant courses, Skill-Lync has established itself as a credible partner for organisations building an upskilled talent pool. Its courses are curated by project-driven industry experts, thus offering deep engineering expertise to the student and equipped with a comprehensive assessment methodology to ensure students achieve the learning outcomes.

Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) was formed with the objective of providing demand-based and industry-relevant skills to the youth to enhance their employability and transform the State into the skill hub of India. It aims to converge the activities of various stakeholders, including industries, industrial associations, training partners, sector skill councils, and assessment agencies, apart from other State and Central Government bodies. TNSDC strives to ensure placement-oriented quality skill training by empanelling private and Government training partners.
