According to Imarticus Learning, this acquisition aims to create a comprehensive and holistic sales excellence academy, providing end-to-end sales training solutions.

Post the deal, Imarticus Learning plans to integrate Hero Mindmine into the company and start a new sales and corporate solutions vertical in the long run. The company further plans to expand Hero Mindmine’s product portfolio by integrating its finance, analytics, and technology strengths. It also aims to venture into new domains such as FMCG, automotive, and infrastructure- key areas where Hero Mindmine has marked its presence.

Commenting on the acquisition, Founder of Imarticus Learning, Nikhil Barshikar, said:

We are proud of this acquisition and look forward to learning more from the employees and the organizations engaged with erstwhile Hero Mindmine. With this acquisition, we will be able to expand further into the field of sales training solutions to emerge as the most reliable and robust player in the field.

Imarticus will now function as an end-to-end sales training academy, offering sales onboarding and upskilling programmes, custom training solutions, management and leadership programmes, and e-learning and game-based learning content development services.

The latest deal is Imarticu’s third acquisition. In the past, the company has acquired startups, including Skillenza and StartOnboard. It also plans to continue the trend and is seeking valuable asset additions and plans other acquisitions for this year.

Founded in 2012, Imarticus Learning offers industry-specific education through cutting-edge technology, specialized training, career assistance, and mentorship from industry professionals. It also provides immersive live lectures (online and offline), peer-to-peer discussions, hybrid learning modules, industry-focused seminars, capstone projects, guest lectures, and soft skills training. The platform offers courses that prepare learners for successful careers in data science, analytics, finance, banking, and technology.

Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman of Hero Enterprise, the founding organization behind Hero Mindmine, added:

Working under the banner of Imarticus, learning will be a defining experience for our people who will now be a part of the new organization. We are impressed with the milestones that Imarticus Learning has crossed in a short period and the capabilities they bring to the table. We hope Imarticus benefits as many students and professionals as possible in the coming months and years.

Hero Mindmine is one of India’s premier organizations facilitating people development and transformations. With innovation at its core, the company can offer extensive value addition in the entire talent value chain through conventional and digital mediums. From innovative platforms like Lite Learning to highly customized animated eLearning content, the platform addresses the need for development using the most impactful methodologies. The startup aims to make learning more engaging, effective, and inclusive to the business and the role. It helps organizations and individuals discover, achieve their full potential and dreams, thus creating a positive impact in their lives.
