Bergmann and Sams share methodologies that worked for them and allowed students to explore deeper learning opportunities and pedagogies (e.g., PBL, CBL, UDL, Mastery, Inquiry). The key is creating an environment for learning that is sustainable, reproducible, and manageable. Students and teachers are able to assess mastery and differentiate each lesson when remediation is requested or needed.
