This is also called as blended learning as it involves both types of learning- traditional classroom and online.

Here is the list of 6 ways that online learning will benefit low income students:

Great teachers : Online Learning give access to great teachers to all the students in every subject. The great teachers have a great expertise in their subjects and teach the students according to their learning abilities, which enables them to learn quicker and effectively.

Good content :  The content in the online learning is set up and is provided according to the strengths and weaknesses of students. Besides this it is more valuable as compared to the content of the text books. The students can just read it online and can take out its print outs , when needed. This is beneficial for those low income students who can’t purchase different books to study.

More options : Online Learning enables a wide range of school options- some that blend onsite and online and some that are entirely virtual. This gives wide variety of options so as to meet the specific needs.

Diagnostics : proper assessments are taken to diagnose the learning levels of students and gaps that must be addressed. These diagnoses helps them to identify the learning level of students.

24/7 access : Every student feels comfortable at different timings to study or learn. For instance, some feel comfortable in studying or learning at night and some in early morning. So, online learning gives the opportunity to access the notes at any time and ask the problems or queries at the same time via e-mail.

Free content : There are some contents which are available free as a sample. Reading that content of high quality, school teachers also opting the online learning so as to provide better notes and better learning ways to students.

Therefore, online learning is a perfect way to teach and learn the concepts of all subjects especially for K-12 education. Different students have different learning skills or abilities, so online education companies understand these abilities and hence provide the notes and assigns the teachers according to each students. This means that it is a more personalized way of teaching and this brings the positive results.

Moreover, the online learning grabs the attention of the students towards learning as it consists of graphics, images, videos, live audios etc. These make it more interactive and engaging and hence the students learn better and provide stellar results.
