Tips to improve the lectures:

These improvements will be taken place when the government would help by giving funds.

1.Faculty must improve the teaching methodology using advanced technology to communicate the students.

2.Using of digital equipment’s to demonstrate and example the concepts in a more interesting way. Like Wi-Fi connectivity, 3-Dimentional visual presentations for demonstration purposes. Instead of going blindly, it is better to follow the things which we do in real. Instead of taking illustrated examples, let’s take real examples with live objects which are available and known to the students.

3.Student to student interaction and discussion after the lecture.

4.Explaining the common doubt arrived by many students.

5.Assigning the real time projects, video conferences and industrial tours to help them understand what’s happening outside.

6.Utilization of External knowledge base to gain global exposure among students rather a single human brain.

7.Students are allowed to carry Palm tops, laptops, tablets, Smart Phones for interacting with the faculty.

Now-a-days, “Education is a business” for many corporate schools and colleges. People are trained in such a way that they work for the companies without knowing the basics of study. We have so many private institutions which offer quality education, quality lectures, and quality results but how many of the students in their institutes are really trained with the concepts?

What are the changes required for an Education system:

In order to make improvements to Education System, we have to introduce social networking in the education which helps many people with common ideas, and problems will be shared through the online virtually and help gaining the knowledge. social-networking-in-education-government represents the utilization of social media in education system to help better changing its shape.

Standardization of teaching should start from our country. As like in U.S India has need to introduce Learning platforms to help categorize the teachers, students and colleges. These future platforms provide tools to the faculty, materials to the students and also respective services to the each and every faculty and a student. Learning Platform ecosystem are advised to be followed and I hope in the coming future, education systems follow new trends which help better serving the students.

Finally, as per the surveys ,reports and suggestions from my colleagues, Mass education should not be practised instead of that we have to change our style of teaching into further advancements and take an initiative to improve our education system in India.
